Refund policy

Due to the nature of skincare products and the potential risk of contamination, we have implemented a no return policy. This is to ensure that we provide the highest quality of product to all our customers.

Damages and issues
In the event that you receive our products damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can launch an investigation into the matter. 


Exceptions / non-returnable

We will accept returns  on defective or damaged products ,should our investigation prove that the item was damaged in transit or otherwise stated by the VIPE SKINCARE 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
